Delete Your Data

At Digtize (operating as Wahob), we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account by submitting the form below.

What happens when you request data deletion:

  • We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the address you provide.
  • Once verified, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • This includes your account information, contacts, messages, campaigns, chatbot configurations, and analytics data.
  • Data shared with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta) is subject to their own data retention and deletion policies.
  • Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).

Facebook / Meta Login Data

If you signed up or connected via Facebook Login, your Facebook-related data stored on our platform will also be deleted as part of this request. This includes your Facebook user ID, access tokens, and any WhatsApp Business Account connection data. To also remove data stored by Meta, visit your Facebook App Settings.

By submitting this request, you confirm that you are the owner of the account associated with the email address provided. This action is irreversible once processed.
