If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the entity.

The Service connects to the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp messaging features is also subject to Meta's terms, policies, and the WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service.

4.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise). Current pricing and features for each plan are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Wahob is not responsible for any restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by Meta on your WhatsApp Business Account due to your messaging practices.

7. Your Data and Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload, create, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"), including contacts, messages, templates, and campaign data.

7.2 License

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose.

7.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. You must ensure that your use of personal data complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and that you have obtained necessary consents from your contacts.

7.4 Data Portability

You may export Your Content at any time through the Service's export features or by contacting our support team. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Content for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Wahob and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, HubSpot). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of third-party services.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by:
